It was voted into law at gunpoint in 1878. After the destruction of the 10th amendment by Abraham Lincoln and his war of northern aggression,the radical republicans needed to complete the push to finish off the Republic and transform America into a communist society,centralizing all power in Washington D.C. There were no United States citizens before this,all were citizens of their sovereign states. And why the federal government is not required by law to ever pay off the national debt. This is a voluminous in depth study that every American needs to know,only understanding the total destruction of our original freedoms thru this piece of illegal legislation can one comprehend why America is the way it is today.
